Fun With Crafting Felt Ornament

Many times when my family gets together for a holiday we like to get crafty.  A fun little project usually for after everyone is stuffed with food.  Most times either my mom or I have put the project together.  Something simple that is fun for all ages and craft levels.  It's always fun to see everyones different take on the project.

These felt ornaments are what I'm putting together for crafty fun at my sisters Christmas party Friday night.  I thought I'd go ahead and post it up here incase anyone wanted a simple project to pump up the family fun this weekend or if this project really excites you come on over to my sister's house and make one.  

Felt Ornament

Stiffened felt sheet 

found at craft store

make ornament template by tracing around a coffee cup onto a piece of paperboard 

cut out and use this to trace around on felt

one felt sheet will make 6 ornaments

use glue(I used hot glue and fabric glue) and whatever you can find to decorate your ornament
